• Support data: Messages, emails, and other communications sent to our support team.
• Payment data: Billing information is processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We do not store full payment card details.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Contract performance: To provide the GateLynk service, including check-in/check-out tracking, pickup verification, parent notifications, and emergency contact alerts.
• Legitimate interests: To improve platform security, prevent fraud, analyse usage trends, and respond to support requests.
• Legal obligation: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests from authorities.

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it. Schools can request deletion of their data at any time by contacting support.
