At Global Glory Holdings Proprietary Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your GateLynk subscription. If you are not happy with the Service for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund process.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all GateLynk subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date or any subscription renewal date. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund in either of the following ways:

  • Visit paddle.net and use Paddle's self-service refund request tool with your order reference.
  • Contact our support team directly at support@gatelynk.live with your account email and order details, and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refund eligibility

The following conditions apply to refund requests:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant order or renewal date.
  • Refunds apply to subscription fees only. Any separately purchased top-up credits that have already been consumed are not refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
  • If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, you may be eligible for a prorated credit towards future billing rather than a cash refund.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your GateLynk billing settings or by contacting Paddle directly. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that date. If you cancel within the first 30 days and request a refund, you will receive a full refund and your access will end immediately.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service. We will always act fairly and in good faith when assessing such situations.
